Congratulations to Tom and Dan at Forward for winning 2 categories at the recent Royal Television Society East Award Ceremony!

Yoga at No.8
Our next block of Tuesday evening Yoga dates have been released. Each session lasts for 1 hour and costs £8 per session when booked as a block or £10 per session for individual bookings.
All yoga equipment and a drink is provided. Time; 5:45 – 6:45pm. Our next session will be taking place on 20th June.
The Norfolk Cookbook
The Norfolk Cookbook has been produced by the Norfolk Food and Drink Festival to bring the best of Norfolk Food and Drink together in to one book. Our coworker Charlie Hodson (Champion of Norfolk Food and Drink) features in the book along with many others.

IOSH Managing Safely
The RedCat Partnership will be holding their IOSH Managing Safely course here at No.8 on 28th, 29th June & 6th July.
The IOSH Managing Safely course is designed to get managers and supervisors, from any sector, up to speed on the practical actions needed to make health and safety ‘happen’ in their teams. IOSH is the professional association for safety and health practitioners, with a globel name to back up their courses.
